Certified Well-Being Coach

Job Summary

To support members in achieving their wellness goals, the full-time Certified Well-Being Coach will engage in a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and implementation while working remotely during the hours of Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize motivational interviewing and active listening skills to empower members in their wellness journeys
• Assess members for coaching appropriateness and coordinate care with other resources as needed
• Develop and monitor personalized plans of care in collaboration with members to achieve their wellness goals

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of professional wellness/life coaching experience
• 1+ year of experience working with the Medicare and aging population
• Must hold a professional coaching certification (e.g., BCC, ICF, or NBC-HWC)
• Bachelor's Degree in a wellness-related field (e.g., Health Education, Wellness, Behavioral Health)
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
