Certified Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Workday HCM team, the full-time remote Certified Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant will be responsible for optimizing and implementing Workday Advanced Compensation solutions, providing consulting services, and supporting clients during key annual events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and production efforts for Workday Advanced Compensation
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication

Required Qualifications

• Workday certifications in HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, and at least one additional module (Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, PEX)
• Experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations
• Minimum of three years as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Experience troubleshooting and configuring Workday Advanced Compensation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
