Certified Workday Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Benefits Consultant (Certified).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing
• Support clients during Annual Events such as Open Enrollment and ACA as needed

Required Qualifications and Education:

• Experience leading at least one Workday Phase 1 implementation and one Workday Phase X implementation
• Minimum of one year as a lead Workday Benefits Consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Hands-on experience and a Workday Benefits certification, along with at least one additional certification
• Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Benefits
• Must obtain and maintain required Workday Partner certifications in Active status throughout employment
