Certified Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Sr. Workday HCM Reporting Consultant will lead client engagements, implement reporting solutions, and provide post-production support for various HCM areas, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing phases
• Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients

Required Qualifications:

• Workday certifications in HCM Core, Reporting, and at least one additional area (e.g., Benefits, Talent and Performance)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead Workday Reporting consultant at a partner firm
• Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Phase X implementations
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices
