Certified Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Certified Workday HCM Consultant will be responsible for optimizing Workday HCM Core and additional modules, ensuring successful implementations and production support, while actively contributing to the development of the Workday practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing processes
• Support clients during Annual Events such as Open Enrollment and Merit processes as needed

Required Qualifications

• Workday certifications in HCM Core and at least one additional module (e.g., Learning, Benefits, Recruiting)
• Experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations
• Minimum of three years of experience as a lead Workday HCM Consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday HCM
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
