Certified Workday HCM Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a part-time Certified Workday HCM Consultant, this remote position will manage configuration updates for newly created companies across various functional areas, including Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and update Workday configuration to align with new organizational structures and business requirements
- Coordinate updates to compensation, benefits, and recruiting processes to minimize disruption
- Independently recommend and implement necessary updates based on existing configurations
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on Workday functional consulting experience
- Strong expertise in at least one functional area such as Advanced Compensation or Talent Acquisition
- Active Workday Implementer certification(s) required
- Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a minimal-hours remote engagement
