Job Summary
Seeking a talented individual, the full-time Sr. Certified Workday Payroll Consultant will manage all aspects of payroll processing, including absence and time tracking, while collaborating with colleagues to enhance internal capabilities and mentor new team members.
Key responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, including absence and time tracking, and payroll reporting
- Guide clients through the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members while sharing knowledge and best practices
Required qualifications
- Workday U.S. Payroll certification is required
- Strong understanding of U.S. Payroll regulations at federal, state, and local levels
- Experience with Workday's interrelated functions, including HCM, Absence, and Financials
- Knowledge of state and local payroll tax requirements
- Familiarity with third-party payroll providers such as ADP
