Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workday implementation projects, serving as the primary client interface
• Document requirements, business processes, and testing plans to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Must be Workday certified by a Workday partner
• Experience in managing Workday implementation projects
• Domain experience in areas such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Planning
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations
• Experience in a consulting or IT services environment
