Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle project management from opportunity identification to service management
• Serve as the key client interface, collaborating with functional and technical teams
• Document requirements and processes to ensure shared understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

• Certified Workday Project Manager
• 3+ years of experience managing Workday implementation projects
• Domain experience in HCM or Finance relevant to Workday capabilities
• Experience in a consulting or IT services environment
• Ability to manage project planning, resourcing, and customer satisfaction
