Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, managing project planning, resourcing, and customer satisfaction
• Act as the key client interface, ensuring effective communication between functional and technical teams
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement development, functional solution design, implementation, and service management

Required Qualifications

• Certified Workday Project Manager
• 3+ years of experience managing Workday implementation projects
• Domain experience in HCM, Finance, or relevant Workday capabilities
• Experience in a consulting or IT services environment
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations and resolve escalations effectively
