Job Summary
To lead HR Digital Transformation initiatives in a remote full-time capacity, a Certified Workday Project Manager will manage multiple projects focused on Workday implementations and automation of HR processes while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects with clients, focusing on HR Digital Transformation initiatives and Workday implementations
- Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals and managing project costs
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle while enhancing program management capabilities within the portfolio
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management or consulting experience, particularly in HRIS or HR Digital Transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with Workday and familiarity with HR tech trends like AI and RPA
- Proficiency with project lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in virtual presentations and stakeholder engagement
