Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Talent and Recruiting Consultant to join their WD Implementation team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Workday Talent and Recruiting implementations and configurations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their talent acquisition and recruiting needs and translate them into Workday solutions
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday Recruiting and Talent modules

Required Qualifications

• MUST be a Certified Workday Recruiting Consultant with proven experience in Workday Talent and/or Recruiting modules
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruiting best practices
• Experience with Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
• Project management experience in Workday implementations is preferred
