Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certinia PSA Administrator for a long-term remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, administer, and maintain the FFA solution of the Certinia implementation
  • Act as a liaison between business and finance to address application-related needs and drive enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of Certinia applications
Required Qualifications
  • Qualification or degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Admin
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Certinia PSA and Accounting
  • Solid background in accounting practices, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition
  • Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps
