A company is looking for a CES Pet Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily direction and communication to call center associates to ensure optimal performance
  • Resolve customer escalated issues via phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Coach and assist in performance reviews of Customer Experience Specialists
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet)
  • Pet Insurance or Insurance experience preferred
