Job Summary
A company is looking for a CES Pet Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily direction and communication to call center associates to ensure optimal performance
- Resolve customer escalated issues via phone, email, and chat interactions
- Coach and assist in performance reviews of Customer Experience Specialists
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet)
- Pet Insurance or Insurance experience preferred
