Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional CFO to lead and scale its finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate outputs from the finance ops team, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and financial controls
• Collaborate with internal teams to update budget models and advise on cost optimization

Required Qualifications

• CFA or CPA certification required
• MBA or management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or Big Four)
• 10+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in high-growth or global startups
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, cash flow management, and forecasting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and modern finance tools
