CFO Advisory Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CFO Advisor to provide financial leadership and strategic direction to clients in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation
• Lead clients through M&A activities, including due diligence and financial modeling

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including roles such as CFO or Finance Director
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA preferred
• Extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making
• Experience in the AEC industry is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across business functions
