CFO Advisory Consultant
Job Summary
To serve as a long-term financial partner and advisor, the full-time remote CFO Advisory Consultant will manage monthly financial operations, advise on financial strategy, and oversee compliance within management services agreements for clients in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting for management companies and affiliated professional corporations
- Advise CEO and physician leadership on financial strategy, including capital planning and management fee execution
- Support fundraising and M&A activities, including financial modeling and investor communications
Required qualifications
- Direct experience with MSO/PC management fee arrangements and intercompany settlements
- 7-10 years in finance/operations, preferably in healthcare growth sectors
- Experience advising through growth events such as fundraising and M&A
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with financial technology platforms
- MBA or CPA preferred, not required
