Leading complex client engagements, the full-time Director, CFO Advisory Services will serve as a trusted financial advisor to healthcare organizations while mentoring consultants and driving business growth in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance advisor to CEOs and executive leadership teams, providing guidance on financial performance and operational improvement
- Help define and enhance the CFO service model, developing tools and best practices for a consistent client experience
- Coach and mentor consultants, supporting their professional development and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance leadership experience
- Experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or senior healthcare consultant
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, budgeting, and financial operations
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with senior leadership teams
