• Scaling the business profitably by focusing on driving margins and efficiently scaling production
• Leading strategic expansion initiatives, including global expansion and product mix diversification
• Driving culture and leadership by enhancing organizational culture and strong leadership aligned with core values

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of finance experience with 10+ years in leadership, including 4+ years as a CFO
• Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce or SaaS industries
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligning with business objectives
• Experience in scaling revenue and teams, preferably with $200M+ in revenue
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance
