CFO, Construction Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CFO, Outsourced Accounting in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote accounting team, overseeing job time budgets and profitability
• Serve as the primary contact for construction client engagements and provide advisory services
• Review financial statements and reports for accuracy, and advise on process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 10 years of full cycle accounting experience, including financial statement preparation
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience
• Experience with US GAAP and Contracts in Progress schedules preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CCIFP) preferred but not required
