CFO Controller for Healthcare

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outsourced Accounting Senior Manager for Skilled Nursing Facility Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify operational needs and implement timely solutions for healthcare organizations
• Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare client executives and provide performance improvement recommendations
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and oversee accurate and timely completion of client accounting engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of related accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge and experience in health center, post-acute care, skilled nursing, and/or hospital management
• Prior public accounting experience and CPA designation are a plus
• Experience in developing strong remote team relationships and commitment to following established policies and procedures
