Job Summary

Providing CFO-level services for a dedicated portfolio of up to 30 small law firms, the full-time remote CFO for Law Firms will focus on financial leadership, strategic guidance, and building trusted client relationships while working 45-50 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as CFO for a portfolio of up to 30 clients
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, cash flow, and profitability
• Deliver monthly financial reviews and strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Direct experience managing 5+ concurrent client or business-unit relationships in an advisory capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• Strong accounting and financial management background
• Ability to translate complex financial information into practical business advice
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence
