CFO for Manufacturing

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced CFO for Manufacturing, this fully remote role will manage executive-level financial leadership and operational expertise for entrepreneurial clients, focusing on strategic financial planning, financial analysis, and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a member of clients' executive management teams and develop strategic financial plans aligned with manufacturing objectives
• Create financial models, analyze business performance, and prepare annual operating plans with variance analysis
• Oversee production/job costing systems, implement inventory management processes, and lead month-end closing meetings

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proven success in executive-level financial advisory roles for manufacturing companies
• Strong technical accounting and finance expertise, including inventory management and production costing
• Experience managing multiple client relationships preferred
