Job Summary
Serving as a strategic financial leader, the full-time CFO Global Health Benefits will manage the financial strategy for Cigna International Health operations in the US and Europe, providing oversight and guidance to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence, with the flexibility to work remotely from the East Coast or Tri-State area.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of the Business Finance strategy aligned with organizational priorities
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the GHB CEO and leadership team, offering insights on business performance and investment decisions
- Lead end-to-end financial planning processes, ensuring robust and actionable plans linked to business strategy
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of business experience in the insurance industry, preferably in global or multi-market environments
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of management experience
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong background in pricing or underwriting preferred
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead within a large matrix team in a global environment
