Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Financial Planner - Retail will develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans for retail clients while providing personalized consultations and solutions for financial wellness and retirement.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' personal and financial circumstances to identify and define their goals
• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans using MoneyGuidePro while managing a pipeline of retail clients
• Coordinate multi-meeting processes with clients to understand their full financial picture and implement actionable next steps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience; MBA preferred
• CFP certification required
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or the 401k industry
• Minimum of 2 years of financial planning experience required
