CFP Certified Product Manager

Job Summary

Empowering financial advisors to invest fearlessly, the full-time remote CFP Certified Product Manager will own the vision and execution for Nitrogen's planning products, driving the full product lifecycle from conceptualization to post-launch iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for complex planning products, including Tax, Income, Legacy, and Insurance
• Drive product lifecycle processes, including prioritization, execution, go-to-market collaboration, and iterative improvements
• Build and maintain a continuous feedback loop with customers and industry experts to inform product direction

Required qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in insurance and tax planning, with CFP certification strongly preferred
• Meaningful experience in financial planning or WealthTech, understanding advisor operations and software trust-building
• Working knowledge of income and legacy planning concepts, translating them into sound product decisions
• Proven product strategy and prioritization skills, with the ability to communicate decisions clearly across stakeholders
• Experience managing and developing Product Owners or similar team members, fostering their growth as professionals
