CFP Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Development Financial Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of Financial Planners to support client development
• Manage operational oversight, including planner capacity, workflow, and strategic planning for future growth
• Produce prospect financial plans as a CFP practitioner to aid in client acquisition

Required Qualifications

• CFP certification strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of financial planning experience with prior management experience ideal
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
• Strong knowledge of eMoney and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in developing KPIs and financial modeling
