CFP Director of Financial Planning
Job Summary
To support client acquisition efforts, the remote full-time CFP Director of Financial Planning will oversee a team of Financial Planners, ensuring operational excellence and strategic capacity planning while also serving as an individual contributor in producing prospect financial plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop a team of 13 Financial Planners to support Client Development
- Manage planner capacity, workflow, and deadlines, creating strategic plans for future growth
- Produce prospect financial plans as a CFP practitioner to aid in client acquisition
Required qualifications:
- CFP certification strongly preferred with a minimum of 5 years of financial planning experience
- Prior management experience is ideal
- Strong knowledge of eMoney and proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
