Required qualifications
- CFP designation
- 7+ years of comprehensive financial planning experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience coaching high-performing planners
- Planning expertise in equity compensation, tax, estate planning, and debt refinancing
- Experience in a financial services startup with an adaptable mindset
