Job Summary

Leading a community of financial planners, the full-time remote CFP Senior Director of Planning will manage and scale the Planning Leadership Team, ensuring the delivery of life-changing advice while driving performance metrics and embracing technology integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale the Planning Leadership Team, focusing on talent development and organizational health
• Serve as the operational proxy for the VP of Planning, making high-stakes tactical decisions
• Own the delivery of core performance metrics while ensuring quality member experiences across a growing workforce

Required qualifications

• CFP Designation (Required)
• 12+ years of experience in financial planning or related services, with direct experience as a financial planner
• 5+ years of experience managing other managers
• Proven track record of leading large organizations (50+) through rapid growth and change
• Exceptional strategic thinking and emotional intelligence skills
