CFTC Licensed Sales Lead

Job Summary

Driving the growth of Predictions and Exchange products, the full-time CFTC Licensed Sales Lead will manage the full sales cycle for institutional clients in the US, building relationships with trading firms and institutions while collaborating with product, legal, and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for institutional and professional clients across Predictions and Exchange products
• Identify and develop relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, and other institutional participants in derivatives and digital asset markets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing onboarding and revenue growth

Required qualifications

• Direct experience working within or selling into CFTC-regulated markets
• 3+ years of institutional sales or business development experience in financial markets
• Existing network of relationships with trading firms or institutional market participants
• Strong understanding of event contracts, binary options, or prediction market mechanics
• Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams
