Job Summary
To drive institutional adoption in the evolving financial markets, the full-time remote CFTC Licensed Sales Lead will manage the full sales cycle for institutional clients, build relationships with trading firms and hedge funds, and collaborate with product and compliance teams to tailor solutions for CFTC-regulated derivatives and digital asset products.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for institutional and professional clients across Exchange products in the US market
- Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, and other institutional participants
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing onboarding and ongoing relationship development
Required qualifications
- Direct experience working within or selling into CFTC-regulated markets
- 3+ years of institutional sales or business development experience in financial markets
- Existing network of relationships with trading firms or institutional market participants in derivatives or digital assets
- Strong understanding of binary options, derivatives mechanics, or exchange-traded products
- Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams
