Job Summary

A company is looking for a CGA Triage Coordinator to manage and route member complaints, grievances, and appeals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, log, and process incoming complaints, grievances, and appeals through various channels
  • Monitor case queues, flag urgent cases, and assign them to the appropriate liaison
  • Identify and triage incoming documents within determined SLAs while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer support/service experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Foundational knowledge of complaints, grievances, and appeals processes
