Job Summary
A company is looking for a CGA Triage Coordinator to manage and route member complaints, grievances, and appeals.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and process incoming complaints, grievances, and appeals through various channels
- Monitor case queues, flag urgent cases, and assign them to the appropriate liaison
- Identify and triage incoming documents within determined SLAs while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support/service experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Foundational knowledge of complaints, grievances, and appeals processes
