cGMP Training Manager

Job Summary

To support the delivery of effective training initiatives, the full-time salaried cGMP Training Manager will liaise with site and functional areas, ensuring compliance with global cGMP standards while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives
• Deliver effective and relevant training to learners at sites and functional areas
• Ensure training delivery meets the highest level of quality and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science is required
• Minimum of 5 years of training experience
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP Quality, particularly in training
• Ability to effectively interact with and influence multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
