Job Summary

Leading change adoption initiatives, the full-time remote Change Adoption Specialist will design and execute structured change management strategies, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead organizational change management activities for cross-functional projects and programs
  • Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments to identify adoption risks and opportunities
  • Develop and execute change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or communications field preferred, or high school diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, adoption, communications, or organizational transformation roles
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) preferred
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Proven experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
