Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change and Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the internal structure of the organization and create strategies to maximize employee work output and effectively utilize employee skills
• Provide communications support to specific initiative(s) related to the Transformation Management Office (TMO)
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that synthesize key messages and align with the transformation project's objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years experience in a project management-based change management role OR equivalent work experience a minimum of five years experience in a project management-based change management role
• A minimum of one year of experience change Management delivery, ideally in an Agile context as well as product communication
• Experience drafting communications for a wide audience to include but not limited to: leadership teams, physicians, and clinic staff
• Proficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to complete communications, such as presentations and reports
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills in order to lead project teams and meetings throughout the project lifecycle
