Key Responsibilities

• Manage EHR Change Control and Cerner Super User Program, identifying and reporting status, risks, and issues
• Consult with internal and external teams to share project status, timelines, and verify configuration requests
• Resolve complex problems and maintain relationships while coaching and mentoring associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of direct application experience
• 6 years of Change Management and Communication Experience in Healthcare IT
• Preferred: 8-10 years of Change Management and Communication Experience in Healthcare IT
