Change Communications Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing change management initiative, the part-time hourly Change Communications Consultant will develop comprehensive communication strategies, manage stakeholder communications, and drive employee engagement in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement change communications strategies in collaboration with HR and business teams
- Manage communications for managers and HR partners, including FAQs and talking points
- Drive employee engagement and establish feedback mechanisms to address concerns and facilitate adoption
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in change management and communications transformation
- Experience with HR Job Architecture, Talent Management, or HR technology transformations
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformations is highly preferred
