Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Communications Manager, TPA Client Migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive external client communication plans for platform migrations
• Design a multi-audience communication framework to ensure relevant messaging
• Produce high-volume content across various formats, ensuring brand consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field (relevant work experience may substitute)
• 5+ years of experience in client communications or change communications
• Experience in TPA, health plan, or managed care environments preferred
• Demonstrated experience in developing communication strategies for technology migrations
• Proven track record of producing communications across multiple formats and channels
