Job Summary

Leading change communications and stakeholder engagement, the full-time contract Change Communications Manager will execute change management plans and develop high-quality communications and presentations for a major transformation initiative in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management plans supporting business transformation initiatives
  • Create and maintain stakeholder engagement and communications plans, including presentations and updates
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
Required qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in organizational change management or related transformation roles
  • Proven experience developing and executing change management plans within a corporate environment
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for creating polished, executive-facing presentations
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and communications activities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred
