Change Control Board Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Technology Transformation Office, the full-time FLEX Change Control Board Analyst will manage the full lifecycle of Change Requests, ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating cross-functional assessments while adhering to established processes and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the submission and maintenance of change requests, ensuring completeness and compliance with CCB policies
• Facilitate cross-functional impact assessments and document mitigation strategies for medium and high-impact changes
• Drive community communications and prepare for Change Control Board sessions, ensuring all impacted teams are informed and engaged

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and supporting IT systems, with at least 3 years in IT Change Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, and Power Automate is preferred
• Strong background in reporting and analysis of Change Requests and Financial/Budget impacts
