Change Control Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Change Control and Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee change request submissions across all Servicing Lines of Business
• Facilitate committee meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation of minutes
• Develop and maintain tracking, reporting, and escalation processes for approved initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 6 years of mortgage servicing industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in servicing change control and governance
• Minimum 2 years managing employee performance and coaching
• Working knowledge of CFPB guidelines
