Job Summary

Managing complex changes with multiple stakeholders, the full-time Change Coordinator with Licensing will oversee deployment activities, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and maintain clear communication throughout the change lifecycle while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Release Notes and ensure compliance with gaming regulations during change management tasks
• Coordinate changes with internal and external parties, managing the delivery plan and tracking progress
• Drive resolution of issues and gather metrics related to deployments and changes for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with no specific field of study required
• 2+ years of work experience in IT or a related field with IT education
• Strong English language skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote team setting
• Licensing in all states where required to authorize or approve changes in a production environment
