Change Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

To support clients in their Microsoft transformation journeys, the full-time Change Enablement Analyst will lead organizational change management strategies, assess readiness, and design training programs, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs focused on Microsoft technologies
• Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes while facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication planning
• Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years in client-facing change management roles, particularly in Microsoft Transformations and AI-enabled initiatives
• Experience in defining and implementing change measurement frameworks to track adoption and business impact
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform and measure change impacts
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents, such as Microsoft Copilot, and their integration into change management strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem tools
