Job Summary

Leading the Change Enablement practice for Epiq Advisory for Law Firms, the full-time remote Change Enablement Director will serve as a trusted advisor to legal leaders, guiding complex transformation initiatives and delivering tailored change enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on change strategy and transformation risk for law firms and corporate legal departments
• Design and execute comprehensive change programs, including stakeholder analysis and adoption roadmaps
• Lead the development and evolution of change enablement offerings and methodologies tailored for the legal market

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in change management, particularly within the legal industry
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale change enablement engagements
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and organizational dynamics
• Experience in designing learning and enablement programs for legal professionals
• Demonstrated capability in business development and articulating value propositions
