Change Enablement Director

Job Summary

Leading the Change Enablement practice for law firms, the full-time remote Change Enablement Director will design and deliver strategies that drive adoption and organizational adaptation across initiatives involving AI, knowledge management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on change strategy and transformation risk for law firm leadership
• Lead enterprise-scale change enablement engagements, assessing organizational readiness and stakeholder impact
• Design and execute comprehensive change programs, including stakeholder analysis and adoption roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in Change Management or Business Transformation within legal services or consulting environments
• Experience with technology implementations and adoptions in law firms or professional services
• Demonstrated knowledge in Knowledge Management and AI applications in legal contexts
