Change Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Leading change enablement for the Billing Transformation program, the contract Change Enablement Manager will assess internal impacts and develop strategies for communications, training, and stakeholder readiness in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Change Enablement workstream lead, coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute change activities
• Finalize change impact assessments and host validation sessions with business partners to confirm stakeholder impacts
• Maintain an integrated change enablement plan that encompasses stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience leading transformation programs and change management
• Proven ability to develop and execute change enablement strategies
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning
• Familiarity with training and readiness assessment processes
• Strong understanding of risk management in change initiatives
