Change Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a major transformation initiative, the full-time contract Change Enablement Specialist will execute change management activities, develop communications, and coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts in a remote role available to U.S.-based candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute change management activities in support of transformation and deployment initiatives
• Develop, edit, and maintain stakeholder communications, presentations, and change-related materials
• Coordinate communication review and approval processes across multiple stakeholder groups

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting organizational change management or related transformation initiatives
• Experience executing change management activities within established project or program environments
• Strong written communication, editing, and content development skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating polished stakeholder-facing presentations
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred
