Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' Office of Suicide Prevention, the full-time Subject Matter Expert in Change Implementation will lead complex organizational change initiatives to enhance Elevated Risk Care Management programs, focusing on stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and implementation planning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation plans aligned with the Office of Suicide Prevention's priorities
- Conduct stakeholder analyses to assess change readiness and design engagement strategies for sustainable adoption
- Perform impact analyses to evaluate the effects of change initiatives on workflows and operational processes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational change management or a closely related discipline
- Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Public Health, or a related field
- Prior experience supporting federal agency clients, preferably within the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust clearance
- Demonstrated experience in conducting stakeholder and organizational impact analyses within healthcare or government environments
