Job Summary

Serving as a lead strategic advisor, the full-time Change Implementation Subject Matter Expert will support the Veterans Health Administration by managing enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives, conducting stakeholder analyses, and developing change implementation plans in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory efforts for enterprise-wide organizational change management initiatives within the VHA
• Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses to assess the effects of transformation activities
• Develop and oversee detailed change implementation plans aligned with program milestones and organizational readiness

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in change management or organizational transformation
• Experience supporting the Veterans Health Administration or other federal healthcare entities
• Proven track record of leading change implementation for large-scale organizations
